It was a difficult problem because it wasn’t clear if the issue was with the breaker, the plug, the wiring or the dryer itself. This was a small job for them, but I appreciated that they treated me like an important customer anyway and went beyond what I expected to help me solve it.

All of our GFI circuits began cycling on and off rapidly, for no apparent reason! Schafer was able to send us a technician (Travis, whom we later learned had come in on his day off to respond) within a few hours.
